I'm the kind of person who reads a lot of seinen manga. Mainly because I find that in seinen you usually get a lot of philosophical content and violence in one package. It tends to be a bit more thought provoking than most other genres. Here are my favorites, because making a thread for each of them is a bit excessive.
Parasyte (Kiseiju in Japanese)
One of my all time favorites, the story goes something along the lines of this:
Parasyte centers on a teenage boy named Shinichi Izumi (Shin in the Mixx English version.) He lives with his mother and father in a rather quiet neighborhood when, one night, an alien invasion occurs. The aliens are called Parasites. They are worm-like creatures that enter human "hosts" through their ears or noses, and take over their brains. A Parasite attempts to crawl into Shinichi's ear and take over his brain while he sleeps, but is stopped by his headphones and accidentally burrows into one of his hands instead.
Because the Parasite infected his hand instead of his brain, Shinichi and Migi each retain their own, separate intellect. This gives them an edge in battling the other Parasites, who see Shinichi's ability to think independently as a threat. Shinichi also feels compelled to fight other Parasites, who kill and eat humans as a source of food.
I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys the genre. And at only 10 volumes it doesn't take a long time to read. You can find this on Onemanga, StopTazmo, Mangatraders, etc..
Eden: It's and Endless World
Description (Defiantly not taken from wikipedia):
The series begins with Ennoea and Hana living a peaceful life on a remote island called Eden, with researcher Lane Morris, who is their guardian, a victim of the pandemic. The events that led to this situation are revealed in flashbacks, leading up to the return of Ennoea's father, along with the forces of the Propater.
Later on the series focuses on Ennoea's son, Elijah, and his conflict with the Propater.
His father has become a powerful drug lord, feared and despised by many, including his family. During a terrorist attack, Elijah, aged 15, is separated from his mother and sister and now has to handle things on his own. 'Eden' is about his coming-of-age as a man and trying to survive both bodily and morally in world that is too complex for mere "black and white".
Many stories are also included of the people Elijah meets, telling of their past or following life, sometimes volumes later, deepening understanding of the characters and spinning a web of 'Eden' reality around the reader.
Great art, Thought provoking, fascinating story, violence, what else more could you want? If you're interested, you can find it at MangaTraders.
Historie
Description:
Created by the acclaimed author of Parasyte and nominated for the Osamu Tezuka Cultural Award, Historie tells the life story of Eumenes of Cardia, who went to become Alexander the Great’s principal secretary and archivist. The story thus far concentrates on EumenesEyounger years (about which nothing is known), tracing his life from boyhood to his first encounter with Alexander the Great.
Hitoshi Iwaaki had been working on the manga’s concept since before he became a professional manga artist. His bold and engaging portrait of a man who was far ahead of his time brings new perspective to our understanding of EumenesEcharacter, his way of thinking, his achievements and his legacy.
This manga is also by Hitsohi Iwaaki (Author of Parasyte), and It's simply amazing. It's a monthly manga so not many chapters are out, but by all means read it. There's no way you can't like it. (Unless you're picky about the art, which a lot of people are for some reason)

Akira
There's not a nice small summary on wikipedia this time, so you'll just have to take my word that it's intresting
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akira_%28manga%29
I'm pretty sure there's a torrent for it on boxtorrents.
There are to many to list off right now, so this is all I'm doing. These are all great and I'd encourage you to read them.
Anyway, If you have a good seinen manga that you'd like to share, feel free to post it here.
